What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory.
Properly complete paperwork.
Join the on‑call rotation.
Participation in training allows you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
What You'll Bring
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
Great customer service skills.
Experience in HVAC maintenance and/or any form of sales.
A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
Who We Are After working in the industry for years, Don Millard founded Bel-Red Heating and Air Conditioning in 1986 with the idea that he could provide better service to customers by doing it himself. While Don no longer services customers personally, this year BelRed celebrates our 35th anniversary in business, and we continue to be successful by providing great service to our customers! What started as a small service business has turned into one of the largest residential service and replacement businesses in Western Washington. We’ve expanded our business to include plumbing, electrical, geothermal and solar systems, plus a whole range of products that weren’t even available when Don started this business. 35+ years in business – a quarter‑century of putting the customer first and delivering the best products and service.
