We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Maintenance Technician to join As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air. This role focuses on performing routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on residential heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be required to:
PerformathoroughprecisionTuneUpofheatingandcoolingsystemwithnosupervision.
Abletofindandrepairwaterleaksandductleaks.
Troubleshootbasicproblemswithagasandelectricheatsystem.
Generateequipmentleads,andgetcustomerstoinvestinnecessaryproactiverepairs,comfortenhancementsand IAQadditions.
Completealladministrativeresponsibilitiesneatly,accurately,andcompletelywithnosupervision.
Maintaincommunicationwithdispatchanddepartmentmanager.
Keepcompanyvehicleclean,insideandout,andmaintaininventory.
Attenddepartmentmeetingsandtrainings.
Useappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)asprescribedbycompanypolicies.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements
1+ year of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
EPA 608 Certification (required)
Basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and airflow principles
Ability to troubleshoot common HVAC issues
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
