Contracts Manager (Hybrid / Full Time In-House Legal team)
A leading professional services firm in the technology sector is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its legal team in Austin, Texas. This is a critical role with direct visibility to senior business leaders and the opportunity to own a key function—managing complex agreements that drive the company’s growth. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Austin (3–4 days onsite per week). Candidates must reside in the Austin metro area.
Basic Requirements for the Contracts Manager
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining a centralized repository of agreements.
Manage vendor and procurement contracts with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
Support the legal team by providing high-quality, timely contract management and legal support.
3+ years of experience in contract management or legal support roles within an in-house legal department or a top-tier law firm.
Solid background in reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
J.D. or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.
Training with a large law firm or high-performing corporate legal department, demonstrating excellence in work product standards.

Location: Downtown Austin, Texas
Compensation Pay: The base pay is $100,000 - $125,000, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
