Sr. Supply Chain Material Systems Coordinator The Sr. Supply Chain Material Systems Coordinator will leverage SME-level SAP expertise to manage inventory control and ensure accurate and efficient data entry. This role is critical in maintaining stock levels and transactional order accuracy, supporting operational effectiveness, and adhering to quality standards. The coordinator will oversee communications between the MES system (PAS‑X) and SAP, performing routine tasks and resolutions to maintain inventory accuracy.

Job Description What You’ll Do

Manage inventory control through SAP to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate data entry.

Oversee transactional order picking and inventory management processes to maintain inventory accuracy.

Monitor MES system (PAS‑X) and SAP communications to maintain accurate batch genealogy, processing Idoc failures when necessary.

Identify and resolve warehouse issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.

Perform testing of ERP systems to ensure operational effectiveness and process improvement.

Provide guidance and training to warehouse associates, utilizing SAP expertise to support their operational tasks.

Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for warehouse processes.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Participate in projects (e.g., based on customer or internal requirements or interests).

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain.

Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards; identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Associate’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field with at least 7 years of related experience; or

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field with at least 5 years of related experience; or

Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Requirements

cGMP experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Quality background.

Experience in Supply Chain to include planning, purchasing, or warehouse.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Will work in environment operating a motor vehicle or Powered Industrial Truck.

Ability to inspect or perform a task with 20/20 corrected vision, visual acuity, including distinguishing color.

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time up to 120 minutes.

Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include wrists, hands and/or fingers.
