Program Analyst (Test Resource Manager)
AVIAN is searching for a Program Analyst/Test Resource Manager (Journeyman) to support the Time Sensitive Strike Program, PMA‑242. This position directly supports the Time Sensitive Strike Test team utilizing Naval Flight Test process and procedures to execute the test program.

Responsibilities
Performs tasks with little or no guidance
Analyzes program requirements, status, and schedules
Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
Provides status reports and responds to data calls as required by the program Assistant Program Manager Test & Evaluation and Lead Test Engineer
Resource scheduling and tracking
Uses Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project
Integrates logistics support with program execution
Manages munitions, associated equipment, and requirements
Applies knowledge of Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA)
Familiar with NAVAIR iTest suite of tools and standard T&E metrics used for T&E program management
Qualifications
At least 3 to 10 years of experience in a related field
Knowledge in an area of engineering expertise
Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted for four (4) years of work experience; a Master’s for an additional two (2) years
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship required due to sensitivity of customer‑related requirements
Minimum salary range $110,000 to $130,000 (offered rate based on knowledge, skills, abilities and internal parity)
