Lean Process Manager
Location: Manitowoc, WI Salary: $103,300.00-$154,900.00 Responsibilities Supervise and support technicians, optimizing labor and cell flow for efficiency and quality Manage production schedules, inventory needs, staffing, and workflow decisions Collaborate with other managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products Maintain open communication with technicians and leadership Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel matters in compliance with state and federal laws
Qualifications
Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business (Required) Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred) Flexibility to work extra hours and weekends as needed Strong communication and decision-making abilities Analytical mindset with a proactive approach Constructive feedback and team-building skills Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
