What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency
Continuously improve operational procedures related to shipments and warehouse inventory management
Collaborate with sales and inventory control to ensure product availability
Analyze operational reports to identify trends and recommend solutions to management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong management skills with a focus on team development and customer service
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs. and work in varying temperature conditions

Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to customers and team members
Experience working with machinery and material handling equipment
