Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts and investigations to ensure inventory accuracy Research and process exception orders, receipts, and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements Mentor team members on best practices related to inventory controls and safety procedures Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment Proficient in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools (Excel, Word) Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recommend corrective actions Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all organizational levels High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with inventory-management systems and WMS Familiarity with Lean initiatives and process improvement methodologies Previous leadership or coaching experience in a warehouse setting Knowledge of safety protocols and quality benchmarks in logistics Equal‑Opportunity Statement
