Portabella, Quails, and Fino operate more than 70 stores across New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. We are hiring a Retail Systems & Inventory Analyst for our Midtown office to help support our inventory reporting and daily store operations.
The role focuses on maintaining reporting tools, reviewing inventory data, and helping improve the way information is organized and used. The position also involves assisting with projects aimed at making our reporting and replenishment processes more efficient.
Responsibilities
Update and maintain daily reports for inventory, replenishment, and transfers
Assist with creating more automated reporting tools
Review sales, sell-through, size curves, and SKU-level performance
Help prepare inventory movement and replenishment recommendations
Work with data files from systems such as Island Pacific / Oracle
Maintain Excel and PowerBI dashboards
Follow up with store and warehouse teams on inventory needs
Support tasks assigned to an offshore reporting assistant
Qualifications
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas)
Experience in retail planning, allocation, operations, or inventory is helpful
Comfortable working with POS or reporting systems
Detail-oriented and organized
Good communication skills
Experience with Island Pacific or Oracle RMS is a plus
Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
Compensation Compensation is open for discussion and will depend on experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
