Program Architect/Manager ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System)
Vimerse InfoTech Inc is seeking experienced professionals to lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS). Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) within the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to manage constraints and foster a collaborative working environment in hybrid settings centred around Dallas, Texas. Craft and articulate system architectures that integrate ADMS solutions with existing infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Monitor program performance by establishing benchmarks and metrics, analysing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the long‑term success of ADMS deployments. Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary liaison for communication between executive leadership and project teams, providing updates and insights to drive informed decision‑making. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, ensuring that all aspects of program implementation are accounted for to minimise disruptions and optimise performance. Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, constantly reviewing processes to maintain quality and safety within all project phases. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with demonstrated experience in program architecture and management. Proven track record of leading ADMS projects, reflecting a deep understanding of system functionality, technology‑driven processes, and integration techniques. Strong analytical skills with the capability to understand complex project requirements, translate them into manageable tasks, and administer solutions effectively. Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with various stakeholders while maintaining constructive working relationships. Experience in hybrid work environments with the ability to efficiently manage both on‑site and remote teams, based primarily in Dallas, Texas. Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive project plans and guidelines that define the scope, goals, and deliverables of ADMS initiatives, facilitating smooth execution from inception through to completion. Assess and recommend appropriate software and tools for ADMS implementation, ensuring seamless integration and a robust system that supports business functions effectively. Guide financial planning for the program, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure projects remain within financial goals and maximise value for the organisation. Continuously update skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry developments, incorporating new and beneficial technologies or methodologies into ADMS projects. Foster a performance‑oriented culture through feedback mechanisms, training initiatives, and building a team committed to achieving exceptional outcomes in distribution management solutions.
