Lead Partial Hospitalization Clinician
Arbour Counseling Services is seeking a full‑time Licensed Clinician (LICSW or LMHC) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program in Franklin, MA.
About the role
Our partial hospitalization program is a group‑based, short‑term, high‑level care setting designed for individuals needing more intensive treatment than outpatient services. The Lead Clinician will develop and deliver therapeutic services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and oversee clinical quality within the program.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of direct services to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Conduct intake assessments and manage ongoing case and crisis situations.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and ensure treatments are within scope and competency.
Mentor graduate‑level interns and provide clinical supervision as needed.
Collaborate with medical providers, state agencies, and community resources to support client care.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related mental‑health field (Counseling or Social Work preferred).
Valid LICSW or LMHC license.
Prior experience at a higher level of care (e.g., psychiatric hospital, residential program, emergency department).
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with clients in crisis.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and practice empathy and insight.
Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Demonstrated time‑management and accurate record‑keeping.
Citizenship and work documentation in compliance with U.S. law.
Pass required pre‑employment screening including CORI and drug test.
