Lead Partial Hospitalization Clinician - Up to $5k Signing Bonus
Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer a full‑time opportunity for a Master’s level or Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC) in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Haverhill, MA. This role provides direct services, case and crisis management, and collaborative care.
Pay:
$32.00–$38.00 per hour
Schedule/Location:
Full Time, On‑Site
About The Role The Lead Clinician delivers direct services to clients—including individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services—and may provide interdisciplinary treatment planning. Responsibilities also include mentoring graduate interns and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Conduct intakes and manage cases and crises
Collaborate with other medical service providers, state agencies, and community resources to support clients

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related mental‑health field (Counseling or Social Work preferred)
License‑eligible (LICSW/LMHC); LICSW or LMHC preferred
Experience at a higher level of care—psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to handle clients in crisis
Nonjudgmental, fostering self‑sufficiency through problem‑solving and practical skills
Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy, and insight
Sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds
Good time‑management skills for timely record keeping
Valid citizenship work documentation
Passes CORI, drug test, and other pre‑employment documentation
