We are looking for a
Sr. IT Project Manager, Enterprise Systems
to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex enterprise system projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership. Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, and track progress using project management tools. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms. Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise systems. Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
