What You Will Do
Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures. Communicate with patent offices regarding pending applications. Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical expertise. Interview inventors about new ideas. Who You Are
Strong background in Electrical Engineering, specifically semiconductor technology. Proficiency in English and Korean. 2+ years of patent drafting and/or prosecution experience (preferred). Excellent writing skills and academic credentials. Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (preferred). The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Why Fish
