Overview

Wholesale company is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to join their Home Decor division. This role involves managing overseas production (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, India), ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and maintaining smooth communication between factories, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track production timelines from order placement to shipment
• Coordinate with overseas factories to manage samples, approvals, and production updates
• Review and confirm purchase orders, cost sheets, and specifications
• Monitor quality control and address production issues proactively
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules and shipments
• Communicate closely with internal teams to ensure all product details and deadlines are met

Qualifications

• Experience in home decor, furniture, or related consumer goods production
• Knowledge of overseas manufacturing processes (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, India preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Excel and general production tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary

$75,000+ depending on experience
