We’re looking for a high‑level Production Assistant to work directly with our Head of Production. This is not a typical assistant role—you’ll be the go‑to person for execution, ensuring projects move forward on time and issue‑free. What You’ll Do

• Act as the right hand to the Head of Production, driving priorities forward
• Manage costing sheets, sample tracking, and production calendars
• Respond daily to factory communications and keep WIP reports updated
• Maintain organized product trackers and ensure deadlines are met
• Support cross‑functional needs and assist with sample organization

• 3–5 years in production or sourcing within consumer goods

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Manager, fluent in Chinese, to support product sourcing and development from concept through production. You bring energy, follow‑through, and comfort with fast moving priorities. Your goal is to keep production running smoothly, on time, and issue‑free. THIS IS NOT AN IT, SOFTWARE, OR WEB DESIGN POSITION.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate costing sheets from overseas factories
• Respond daily to factory emails regarding costing, sampling, and development
• Review emails and costings with the department head for quick decisions, same day where possible
• Track samples and material shipments to and from factories, confirm contents upon receipt
• Keep an organized, up to date product tracker covering specs, status, and next steps
• Assist with office tasks related to samples and product organization, prepare shipments and labels
• Handle errands as assigned, support cross‑functional needs

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate’s degree required, further education preferred
• Fluency in Chinese, strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Three to five years of experience as a Production Manager in wholesale consumer goods or a similar industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, confident with formulas, filters, pivots, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
• Familiarity with common production terminology, BOM, spec sheets, T&A, UPC, carton marks
• Tech savvy, comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve with minimal guidance
• Team oriented, clear and professional communicator
