Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for complex commercial technology agreements (SaaS, MSAs, ELAs, DPAs) with enterprise customers Develop and scale contract management processes to support rapid growth Advise on global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security requirements Partner with CRO and sales leadership to accelerate deal cycles
Ideal Background
5-7+ years commercial contracting legal experience with a focus on SaaS/tech
2+ years managing legal teams in high-growth environments
Deep expertise in cloud/SaaS business models
Strong track record optimizing contract workflows
Active US bar membership
