Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled.
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range
$11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may be eligible for incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans.
