Team Lead, Human Resource Recruiting at LaSalle Network
LaSalle Network is teaming up with a fast‑growing, innovative technology company to hire an HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience. In this position, you’ll work directly alongside the HR Director and become the go‑to HR partner for employees across the organization.

HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Process employee changes and updates accurately and efficiently in the HRIS (UKG)
- Handle payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
- Partner with HR leadership and recruiting teams to support daily operations and initiatives.
- Leverage HRIS platforms and demonstrate advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP required).
HR Generalist Requirements
- 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast‑paced environment (software/technology industry is a plus)
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Personable, patient, and approachable, thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (UKG a plus)
