Screen resumes using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal systems to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles within the ATS Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across global offices Partner with senior recruiters to support a smooth and efficient corporate recruiting process Manage administrative tasks that keep day-to-day recruiting operations running seamlessly What’s needed? Previous experience reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens Bachelor’s degree required Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems Ability to evaluate large volumes of applicants quickly and accurately Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and comfort coordinating schedules Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support senior recruiting partners What’s in it for me?
