Implement measurement systems, analyze performance metrics using statistical tools (regression, ANOVA, correlation), and identify system improvements, including bias and stability issues.

Identify cost analysis needs and recommend development or modification of cost engineering data standards.

Direct or perform cost analysis activities across projects.

Define project cost control requirements in alignment with Reef standards, contracts, and objectives.

Supervise timely execution of cost control activities and ensure cost recording, monitoring, and reporting practices comply with standards.

Oversee the development, accuracy, and consistency of cost engineering reports; issue reports required by Reef management and project procedures.

Review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and recommend alternatives.
