With a strong local membership base and the exciting addition of injectable services, we’re expanding our team and looking for the right injector to help grow this new offering.
We’re not just hiring a practitioner, we’re looking for a people person with passion, drive, and a flair for building relationships. Someone who loves connecting with clients, showcasing their expertise on social media, and creating loyalty through exceptional results and service.
Responsibilities
Perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures) safely and professionally
Conduct in-depth consultations to create personalized treatment plans aligned with each client’s goals
Deliver natural, confidence-boosting results that keep clients coming back
Build strong client relationships that foster loyalty, referrals, and retention
Share your expertise through before-and-after photos, educational content, and active social media engagement
Collaborate with aestheticians and wellness professionals for an integrated spa experience
Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our menu
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida with certification in aesthetic injectables
1–2+ years of hands‑on injectable experience
A natural communicator who thrives on client interaction and education
Approachable, and professional, someone clients instantly trust and enjoy spending time with
Motivated by growth and results, with a strong drive to maximize bonus opportunities
Social media savvy — confident posting, networking, and showcasing your artistry
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help grow a new service line within our spa
Committed to safety, compliance, and delivering an elevated client experience
