Job Description Locally owned and operated Domino's Franchise. Small company looking to grow over the next few years, meaning opportunities for advancement are there. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring staff meet cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys leading a team and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.

Set the example for the crew, follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.

Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

Advancement Many team members begin as delivery drivers and become franchise owners. Opportunities extend to general manager, corporate operations, and franchisee roles.

Qualifications & Essential Functions

Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training: orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.

Mathematical ability: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.

Motor coordination: rapid and accurate movements with speed; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, pushing, climbing; work in varying temperatures and conditions.

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

Exposure to varying weather when removing trash; in-store temperatures range from 36°F to above 90°F.

Possible fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, carrying deliveries (up to 50 lbs).

Trays of pizza dough may weigh ~12 lbs each.

Sensory requirements: clear vision for close and mid-range tasks, ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Temperament: ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, analyze data, and make judgments.

Driving Requirements

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.

Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Navigational skills: read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area; navigate adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs.

Additional Information Forward bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are continuous and involve eye‑hand coordination. Team members may use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.

Physical demands include carrying, climbing and driving during delivery.
