GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients in delivery area, storage, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
TRAINING Orientation and training provided on the job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Provide clear written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over phone and in person.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate maps and addresses within the delivery area.
Handle product while navigating adverse terrain.
WORK CONDITIONS
Varying weather conditions during outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to over 90°F.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Operating sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and cramped spaces.
SENSING
Telephone communication, near and mid‑range vision for at‑store tasks.
Depth perception and differentiation between hot and cold surfaces.
Night vision required for driving.
TEMPERAMENTS The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, squatting, reaching, and driving are essential. Tasks include standing for long periods, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays, and driving within a designated delivery area.
