Senior Purchasing Manager – Doral
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing procurement team
Manage daily purchasing activities including requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory control
Develop sourcing strategies for OEM and rotable aircraft parts
Define stock levels and restocking strategies to ensure consistent supply
Identify cost‑saving opportunities such as volume rebates and supplier discounts
Monitor supplier performance and maintain the Approved Supplier List
Drive KPI development, ERP system implementation, and process improvements
Stay ahead of market trends to make informed purchasing decisions
Support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives
What You Bring:
7+ years of purchasing/procurement experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in aviation or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Solid understanding of rotable/expendable parts and FAA procurement regulations
Strong negotiation, forecasting, and data analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Ability to interpret technical documents (IPC, SB, AD, SIL)
A strategic mindset with excellent leadership and organizational abilities
