You will lead the Riverside, MO operations, building powerful teams and driving safety, service and strategic growth in a high‑energy environment.
Position Overview As the General Manager, you will take the reins of one of our highly visible distribution centers – managing people, performance, and P&L with precision.
Salary Range: $105,000 to $130,000 per year Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain visibility on all shifts.

Lead with purpose – drive ESG initiatives, safety programs and culture‑building events.
Tackle other duties as needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or warehouse management.
Proven track record of team development, process optimization and P&L responsibility.
Strong knowledge of distribution center operations and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional communication, collaboration and strategic planning skills.
Travel as needed – approximately 10%.
