We\u2019re searching for a dynamic Senior Catering Sales Manager for a well-established luxury brand catering company. YOU ARE:
A natural salesperson, excellent at generating leads and turning them into contracts Highly motivated by meeting (and exceeding) financial targets Super organized; you anticipate problems and proactively propose solutions A strong communicator with both internal teams (culinary, operations) and external clients Up to date on food & beverage trends; you understand what clients want now and can translate trends into menus or event offerings A team leader who enjoys collaborating and working with high-performing people in the industry WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Generating and executing sales plans that align with company goals to hit or surpass sales targets Proactively soliciting and securing new accounts while maintaining and growing existing business Working closely with the culinary team to develop menus customized for clients\u2019 needs, taking into account trends, budget, dietary needs, etc Training, mentoring, and managing a team of Event Associates Attend events, ensuring that execution exceeds client expectations; using post-event feedback to deepen client rapport and repeat business ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
preferred At least
5 years
of catering sales experience (or sales + event planning + hospitality) with a proven track record Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Knowledge of current food & beverage trends, event logistics, menu design, and budget management Seniority level
