What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations
Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
Experienced in endpoint or network security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS
Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
Experience with large‑scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS
Understanding of the OSI model
