What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Create processes for your team to deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations via web conferencing
Ensure your team effectively delivers qualified POVs through remote product installations and customizations
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to ensure AE Teams work effectively with Corporate Sales Engineers
Handle escalations from team members or sales counterparts to provide the best experience for prospects and customers
Demonstrate leadership skills by enabling your team to be successful within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years of equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience
2+ years of management experience with the ability to mentor, coach, train, and lead a group
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and endpoint security

Experience in fast-paced environments handling multiple engagements
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems
