Software Quality Engineer Locations:

In this role, the Software Quality Engineer will design and revise test plans and test strategies, as well as maintain automation frameworks used in testing end-user functional and design requirements. This involves close collaboration within a cross-functional team of Software Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers. Responsibilities include defining and implementing test plans and automating test cases. The scope also includes monitoring CI/CD pipelines, analyzing performance and test results, validating use cases, and evaluating end-user requirements and manual tests to identify automation opportunities. Own the entire system testing process, including analysis, design, execution of test plans and cases, and defect tracking. Develop a deep understanding of business needs and technical roadmaps, setting clear quality standards in collaboration with Engineering Managers and stakeholders. Recommend process improvements, testing methodologies, and enhance QA tools. Provide technical guidance to team members and improve technical capabilities. Introduce new techniques and methods to boost team productivity. Work closely with cross-functional teams early in product development to define test strategies, plans, and coverage. What You Will Bring
Bachelors degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience. 1-2 years of applicable industry knowledge and software testing experience, with proficiency in testing tools. 3-5 years of applicable industry knowledge and software testing experience, with proficiency in testing tools. Demonstrated project leadership skills and/or aptitude. Understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology. Experience in automated testing. Experience working with SQL, Unix, Windows OS.
