Description Of Duties
Title: Senior Recruiter
Classification: Exempt
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000.00/annualized
Location: 14801 Califa St Van Nuys, CA 91411 (HQ). Must be based in Los Angeles
Schedule: Hybrid, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively identify, source, and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and creative sourcing methods tailored to the industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to write clear and compelling job descriptions that reflect the brand's ethos and aesthetic, and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, company and role fit, and overall potential for the brand.
Schedule interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer processes with internal partners, including compensation discussions, offer letters, and support of internal partners, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Partner with HR during onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success from day one, and fostering an engaging, welcoming environment in line with Dôen’s values.
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Own and project manage the Applicant Tracking System, and ensure best practices to reach hiring goals.
Stay current on industry trends and talent market insights within the premium fashion industry to inform recruitment strategies, in line with Dôen values and goals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on both immediate and long-term company goals.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices, market trends, and optimizing recruitment strategies to meet department-specific and company-wide hiring needs.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruiting process.
Track, measure, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and candidate experience hiring goals. Utilize reporting to inform strategic change to operate best in class.
Employer Branding
Represent Dôen with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring that candidates understand and appreciate our values, culture, and mission.
Partner with the Content Team to promote job openings through various social media platforms and other networking channels to build brand awareness and attract top talent.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment lifecycle.
Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously refine and improve recruitment practices.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Rippling.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds and skill sets.
A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiatives and exercise discretion and good judgment.
Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Action oriented and results driven.
BA degree or equivalent work experience & education.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation.
Periods sitting at a desk, typing and working on a computer.
Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs.
Able to walk, sit and stand for periods of time.
Able to operate equipment such as computers and phones.
Must be able to access various areas of a given location.
Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
The hybrid model may be rescinded at any time due to business needs or the company’s discretion.
CA Salary Range: $110,000—$120,000 USD
