Cardiac Surgery Advanced Practice Provider
in our Charlotte Region to provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians.
Our specialists are committed to working with you and the rest of your care team to create a personalized treatment plan that is designed with you in mind.
What You'll Do

All Novant Health team members are responsible for fostering a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm".
Hours: 8-5p Mon-Fri. Call responsibilities include one night/week and one weekend/month.
Supporting Locations: Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. No travel required.
What We're Looking For Education:
Master’s Degree required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required. RNFA required for NP candidates.
Experience:
One to three years of experience as a Surgical Advanced Practice Provider required; one to three years of endoscopic vein harvesting experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current PA license in appropriate state required. NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry required. ACLS (if infusion center or cardiac specialty) required.
Additional Skills Required:
Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
