What it takes?

2 years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support, preferably within the oil & gas industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Training or familiarity with document control systems and project management platforms

Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control and compliance

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
