Role: Scheduler As a Scheduler, your key responsibilities will be to develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules that support the timely completion of construction projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize timelines, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts. You will also play a key role in helping the team explore, implement, and optimize emerging AI‑driven scheduling tools to enhance how we build, manage, and visually communicate project timelines.

What It Takes?

5-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls or a related role within the oil & gas industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.

Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to forecast impacts and propose solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, management and external partners.

Interest or experience in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI‑driven tools, to improve how schedules are built, managed, reported and visually communicated.

Salary and Benefits Expected Salary Range: $68,000 – $88,000 USD
