The Challenge We are seeking a Business Development Representative responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging potential customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a creative problem solver, and an excellent communicator. You will leverage your communication skills to build strong customer relationships.

As a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform, OneTrust invests heavily in its Sales Team through demand generation, a methodology-driven sales approach, weekly training, customer-focused roadmaps, and a supportive executive team to help close deals.

Your Mission You will reach out to target accounts and qualify inbound leads into sales opportunities. An organized, consistent approach and eagerness to learn are essential to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Additionally, you will:

Own our named account strategy and communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc.) and decision makers.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, deliver presentations, and coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to answer questions and recommend solutions.

Collaborate across the organization to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

You Are A coachable, organized individual with strong communication and critical thinking skills, excited to be at the forefront of the sales process.

For candidates in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington: the annual base salary range is $52,500 — $70,000 USD, with individual pay determined by factors such as location, skills, experience, and education. The role may also include bonuses, equity, commissions, and benefits.
