What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as an expert Program Manager II in a matrixed organization, focusing on money movement and payment processing
Mentor junior Program Managers, providing guidance on their initiatives
Develop and own communication plans for program status updates, issues, and risk management
Create and maintain project documentation, including executive-level communications and dashboards
Drive internal and external process improvements by partnering with functional leaders to define program requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS environment
At least three (3) years of experience in money movement, payment processing, or financial services
Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
High level of expertise with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly with card/automated clearing house (ACH) payments
Experience mentoring junior Program Managers
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across large functional groups
