Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
Join to apply for the Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer role at Motion Recruitment. An apparel and promotional products distributor is looking to bring on a Process Engineer to help improve and modernize their production processes. In this role, you’ll support and optimize CO2 laser ablation on drinkware and assist with various printing methods including digital/DTF, pad printing, silk screen, and embroidery. You’ll help solve production issues, improve quality, and support continuous improvement across the facility. This is a full-time position based in Gaffney, South Carolina. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or similar 2+ years of experience working with CO2 laser systems Experience with digital printing or other decoration processes Ability to troubleshoot production issues and improve workflows Strong organizational and self-management skills Preferred Skills
Experience in the decorated apparel or promotional products industry Knowledge of CAD/CAM or RIP software Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methods Benefits
