Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Our client is seeking a Sr. Design Engineer for an excellent on-site position located in the Louisville, KY area. Responsibilities include: Supervise and mentor a team of design engineers. Partner with the mechanical engineering department and project management on engineering and manufacturing drawings, focused on the components and integrated parts for automation systems. Develop engineering tools, as well as partner with project engineers and provide project support as needed Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred, but minimum of 2-year certification or equivalent work experience will be considered Minimum of 5 years of Engineering design experience related to component or part level for manufacturing, material handling, or automation industries. Experience with 3D design Knowledge of Autodesk, AutoCAD, and MS Office products Comfortable with up to 10% travel as needed Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at X-Factor Consulting by 2x Seniority level
