Experienced Civil Litigation Defense Attorney – Dallas, TX
A well-established civil litigation firm located in downtown Dallas is looking to add one or two seasoned attorneys to its litigation team. We represent clients nationwide and handle a wide range of complex disputes in both state and federal courts.
What We’re Looking For We seek attorneys with
10–15 years of hands‑on civil litigation experience , particularly those comfortable managing cases from initial filing through resolution. Backgrounds in any of the following areas are especially valuable:
Personal injury or premises liability defense
Commercial or trucking accident matters
Product liability defense cases
Construction‑related disputes
Professional malpractice defense claims
Candidates should be confident in independently overseeing discovery, drafting, and arguing motions, taking depositions, participating in mediations, and preparing cases for trial. Prior experience as first or second chair in trial proceedings is highly desirable. We are seeking experience on the defense side, not interested in plaintiff side backgrounds.
What We Offer
Competitive salary ranging from
$125,000 to $175,000 , depending on experience
