Clinical Partner 2 (CNA) – Intensive Care Unit (FT, 07P-7:30A) Baptist Health is the region's largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, with 12 hospitals, over 28,000 employees, 4,500 physicians, and 200 outpatient centers, urgent care facilities and physician practices across Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

We are seeking a Clinical Partner (CP) to provide basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks in an ICU setting. The CP works under the direction and supervision of an RN in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and BHSF policy.

Description The CP provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks (e.g., wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, discontinuing a Foley catheter) under RN direction. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient-centered care. Activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on patient care. Estimated pay range: $17.02 - $22.13 per hour.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, GED, or equivalent experience.

Licensed Practical Nurse certification.

Basic Life Support certification.

Certified Nursing Assistant certification.

Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida is preferred.

Additional Qualifications

CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.

2 years experience preferred.

Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida, preferred.
