We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Manager
to lead and develop the maintenance operations at our metals manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) , with strong leadership skills in a
metals manufacturing environment . This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance processes, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team to achieve plant reliability goals. Administer and optimize the
CMMS
for scheduling, tracking, and analyzing maintenance activities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of plant machinery and facility systems. Collaborate with production leadership to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase asset reliability and reduce costs. Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred) Experience 7+ years in maintenance leadership within a
manufacturing metals environment
(steel or aluminum strongly preferred) CMMS Expertise Advanced knowledge and hands‑on experience with CMMS systems Technical Skills Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Leadership Proven ability to manage teams, develop talent, and foster a safety‑first culture Other Strong problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills Why Join Us?
