Senior Director of Operations - Louisiana/Mississippi Option Care Home Health LLC is the largest independent home and alternate site infusion services provider in the United States, serving patients in all 50 states. We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations to lead safe, efficient, and effective patient care across multiple branches.

Job Description Summary The Senior Director of Operations is responsible for delivering safe and efficient patient care through all operational aspects in multiple branches, meeting all corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.

Scope and Responsibilities

Oversee operational performance of all assigned branches, ensuring high-quality delivery of services and patient care.

Ensure patient safety and satisfaction, including pharmacy dispensing operations and nursing, and maintain error-proofing for pick, pack and ship operations.

Partner with the Regional Director of Sales to drive market development and execute market-based sales strategy.

Drive financial performance of all branches through supply chain and inventory optimization, controlling expenses, reducing bad debt, and managing patient registration and onboarding.

Ensure compliance with local, federal regulations, accreditation standards and corporate policies.

Build a cohesive, service‑oriented team through recruitment, training, development, engagement and retention of qualified team members.

Manage multiple locations or a single location with combined revenue over $40 million dollars.

Observe legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary data.

Coordinate accreditation performance‑improvement activities, including development, implementation, and reporting of outcomes.

Supervisory Responsibilities Yes – the position includes hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews and discipline.

Basic Education and /or Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in a leadership operations role.

At least 3 years of experience managing a P&L, including budget development.

Basic Qualifications

Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and implementing strategy to resolve problems.

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards.

Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws and regulations.

Basic level skill in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Management Requirements

At least 5 years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing teams within highly matrixed organizations.

Travel Requirements Willing to travel at least 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration.

Experience leading multi‑site sales and/or operations in Home Health Care or Infusion.

RN or RPh licensure.

Salary Pay Range: $131,007.04 – $218,352.55.
