Role Description The
Co-Founder & Head of Investor Relations
will be the engine for securing our Seed funding round. This role is a high-impact, high-reward partnership responsible for converting our technical superiority into investor confidence and capital.
Qualifications
Fundraising Expertise:
A verifiable track record of successfully raising Seed or Series A capital (minimum $1M-$3M) in B2B SaaS, Deep Tech, or Cyber/FinTech markets.
Investor Network:
An established, relevant network of early-stage investors (VCs, Angel Syndicates) is mandatory.
Strategic & Domain Fluent:
Must possess a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market landscape, the value of proprietary data moats, and the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) space.
The Pitch Master:
Exceptional ability to craft a narrative, compellingly present complex technology, and lead high-stakes negotiations with conviction and integrity.
The Mindset:
A true founder mentality, driven, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by significant equity upside rather than immediate cash compensation.
