Salary: $18/hr Schedule: 11p-730a (including every other weekend)

What You’ll Do

Monitor patient activities, provide safety checks throughout shift, complete documentation including rounds sheet, end of shift reports, and record patient behavior.

Participate in direct patient care ensuring patient safety and interact therapeutically; assist in daily patient schedule activities.

Partner with clinical staff to conduct a welcoming New Patient Orientation.

Aid and instruct patients in facilitation and presentation of the RCA Clinical Curriculum with corresponding notes in the medical records system.

Understand the principles of 12‑Step Programs and how they apply to the recovery process.

What We’re Looking For

A high school diploma or equivalent required.

One year of experience in addiction services or behavioral health preferred but not required.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a‑paced environment.

Familiarity with behavior modification techniques and 12‑step recovery principles.

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at locations within RCA other than where they were treated within a year after treatment.
