Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications • Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per shift.
