Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
Minimum age requirement is 18.
Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Full-time employment, up to 38 hours per week.
Work Hours & Physical Requirements Position will work up to 38 hours per week. Physical demands require standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
