Compensation and Hours Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands include: standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds, for in excess of 8 hours per shift.
