Controller - Remote

SNI Financial is partnered with an PE sponsor looking for an M&A controller as they roll‑up and acquire new HVAC/Engineering companies across the country. This comes with a fully remote schedule, base + bonus + equity.

The ideal candidate has experience leading/directing at least 8 total post‑acquisition accounting ERP integrations.

10 to 15 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or a related field

Strong technical accounting skills (US GAAP, reporting, controls)

Hands‑on experience integrating ERP systems (QuickBooks and/or Sage is a big plus)

Prior work in M&A integration — especially in smaller, fast‑moving environments

Industry experience in engineering, home services, manufacturing, or similar is ideal

Someone who’s excited about building — not just maintaining

Up to $190k base salary + 20% bonus + equity

Fully remote option with monthly travel or Boston‑based
