Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will support the HRIS Architect and HRIS Manager with administration of one or more HR systems within RaceTrac and provide support to all system end-users and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for daily functional support of key HR systems, including Workday HCM system, time‑tracking system and learning management system
Manage issues reported to the HRIS help ticket queue and provide end‑user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology assistance and escalation management
Support major Workday releases by testing new functionality, identifying opportunities to enhance our environment with new features, and performing regression testing
Support the development, configuration testing, and implementation of new projects and enhancements
Build and maintain business process/design documentation for HR end users
Recommend and advise on process improvements, innovative solutions and process automation; gather and document business requirements and work with HRIS Architect to track and configure system changes
Develop reports based on business needs and requirements
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Workday
1‑2 years’ experience with Workday business process configuration and reporting
Experience completing mass updates to system data (i.e., Workday EIBs)
Outstanding follow‑through and attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally
Ability to use metrics and data analysis to identify and resolve issues
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, as well as to establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization
Advanced/Expert proficiency with Excel
