$110,000-$136,000 per year
Schedule:
Night Call Schedule:
Flexible call with no set monthly requirement, rotating holidays.
Practice Detail:
Inpatient Orthopedic Surgery with occasional general surgery cross coverage in the operating room when needed. Orthopedic coverage will include inpatient rounding, consults, ED procedures, operating room assisting.

Responsibilities Provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under the supervision of a physician.
Obtain patient history and perform assessment.
Order, perform and interpret diagnostic procedures.
Provide and document direct treatment and management of health conditions.
Provide counseling and education of patient and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and care.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physician Assistant credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
1 year of experience preferred.
